Masjid-e-Ibad-ur-Rahman offers structured skill-development programs designed to empower women through practical training, financial independence, and strong moral values, all within a disciplined Islamic environment.
1) Girls’ Academy of Tailoring
Established in January 2019, the Girls’ Academy of Tailoring provides a 6-month comprehensive training program covering everything from basic stitching to advanced fashion designing.
The academy is equipped with industrial sewing machines and guided by experienced instructors, with 200+ students successfully trained to date.
Training Includes:
- Fashion Designing
- Tailoring Techniques
- Deeniyat Education
Batch Timings (Two batches daily):
- Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Evening: 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM

2) ISMO – Industrial Sewing Machine Operator
A government-certified training program conducted under the Vocational Skill Development Programme, managed by SAMARTH, Ministry of Textiles (Govt. of India).
This course prepares participants for employment in the garment and apparel sector.
- Duration: 330 Hours
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3) MEDP – Micro Enterprise Development Programme
A short-term, skill-based program focused on helping women start and manage micro enterprises.
Participants gain practical entrepreneurial skills to generate income and work confidently toward self-employment and long-term financial stability.
